We got a quote from both SHM & Window World. The major difference was that WW offered financing. Once the contract was in place we were informed that SHM would perform the work as a subcontractor.

We should have cutout the middle man and just went straight w/a quality contractor w/no markup and arranged financing ourselves.

Hector and his crew were professional, knowledgeable, responsible, on-time, cleaned up after each day, went above and beyond for us, and we received complements from our neighbors on their work ethics and the vinyl replacement BEFORE the job was even completed.
